Canadian Red Cross - Emergency First Aid with CPR C Course

Workplace Emergency First Aid & CPR: Simple First Aid & CPR techniques taught in an interactive environment, for individuals who want an overview of First Aid & CPR for the workplace or home. The course covers skills needed to recognize, prevent and respond to cardiovascular emergencies for Adults, CPR Level A, AED, and other topics such as choking, airway and breathing emergencies, and prevention of disease transmission. Emergency First Aid offers instruction on how to think, react and improve when dealing with life threatening emergencies.

CPR
First Aid for Strokes
Bleeding Management
Shock
Secondary Assessment

Emergency First Aid includes CPR Level C (for infants, children and adults) certification.

Course Materials: The First Aid & CPR Manual, Certification Card, Wall Certification
Certification : valid for two years upon successful completion of course
Prerequisites: None
Time: 8 Hours (8:30am - 4:30pm)
